  • 民國 63 年 06 月 創立
  • 民國 67 年 05 月 合併竹南鐵工廠股份有限公司。
  • 民國 69 年 03 月 引進日本 Kawazoe 全自動 IC 控制冷抽伸機，為全國第一套生產至 100mm 大尺寸之機種。
  • 民國 74 年 11 月 購入日本 Sintokogio 噴砂機。
  • 民國 75 年 02 月 提昇小尺寸產能。購自德國 Schumag 公司盤元 IB-8 自動冷抽伸機
  • 民國 78 年 08 月 全自動棒鋼軋鋼設備加入生產行列，增加棒鋼產能，提昇競爭力。
  • 民國 82 年 05 月 購入美國 The Wheelabrator 噴砂機。
  • 民國 83 年 12 月 購入德國 V+S-Funker 噴砂機。
  • 民國 85 年 07 月 採用德國 Spectro 分光儀一套，提升品管功能。
  • 民國 86 年 01 月 購入德國 V+S-Funker 噴砂機。
  • 民國 86 年 02 月 購入德國 Schumag IIB-15 聯合抽伸機
  • 民國 91 年 05 月 中鋼委托代工大棒鋼 44mm-100mm。
  • 與國內機械廠合作改造軋鋼設備
  • 民國 94 年 12 月 粗軋由 7pass 改為 3 pass，中軋由 6pass 扭轉式軋機改為 10pass V+H 無扭轉式軋機
  • 民國 100 年 09 月 增設 2 部 Woma 230bar 的高壓除銹機，改善棒鋼表面品質
  • 民國 101 年 12 月 粗軋 3pass 廢除，全線改為 13pass V+H 無扭轉式軋機，尺寸提昇至 130mm
  • 民國 104 年 03 月 引進 2 台吊料式磨光棒倒角機
  • 民國 104 年 05 月 鋼胚切斷機，切斷能力方形 160mm
  • 民國 105 年 03 月 引進步進動樑式上下帶加熱爐

  • 1974-06 Established
  • 1978-05 Conducted a merger with Chunan Iron Factory Co., Ltd.
  • 1980-03 Introduced the automatic IC-control wire drawing machine by Kawazoe of Japan, the first machine with capacity of manufacturing the large size 100mm parts in Taiwan.
  • 1985-11 Obtained sand-blaster manufactured by Sintokogio of Japan.
  • 1986-02 Facilitated production capacity of small-sized parts. Obtained wire rod IB-8 automatic wire drawing machine by Schumag of Germany.
  • 1989-08 Automatic steel bar rolling equipment joined in the production line, increasing production capacity as well as competitiveness.
  • 1993-05 Obtained sand-blaster by The Wheelabrator of the US.
  • 1994-12 Obtained sand-blaster by V+S-Funker of Germany.
  • 1996-07 Obtained one set of optical emission spectrometer by Spectro of Germany to enhance quality control.
  • 1997-01 Obtained sand-blaster by V+S-Funker of Germany.
  • 1997-02 Oobtained IIB-15 Combined Drawing Machine by Schumag of Germany.
  • 2002-05 Conducted OEM of China Steel to manufacture large steel bar in sizes from 44mm-100mm.
  • Cooperated with domestic machinery manufacturers for Modification of steel rolling equipment.
  • 2005-12 7pass of roughing was replaced by 3pass, and 6pass twisting mill was replaced by 10pass V+H non-twisting mill in intermediate rolling.
  • 2011-09 2 additional Woma 230-bar high pressure dust removers were obtained to improve quality of steel bars’ surface.
  • 2012-12 3pass of roughing was retired and machines on the production line were all replaced with 13pass V+H non-twisting mill, and size was increased to 130mm.
  • 2015-03 Introduced 2 hoisting bright steel bar chamfering machine.
  • 2015-05 Bloom cutting machine with a cutting capacity of square @ 160mm.
  • 2016-03 Introduced walking beam cover and bottom tape reheating furnace.
